Andrew has recently completed the two-week 2025 Course on International Oil & Gas Law, Contracts, and Negotiations in Houston, Texas and the 2025 Oil & Gas Law Short Course in Westminster, Colorado. Andrew has acted on upstream and downstream oil and gas projects, as well as renewable energy projects, and has assisted mining and other companies with power purchase agreements.
